UK Standard (Royal Mail 1st class) £3.95. Delivery aim is 3-5 working days. However due to covid-19 deliveries may take a little longer.
Can I change my order / delivery details?
Please email us straight away. We will do everything we can to help, however once the items have been posted we can not change the delivery details or the order itself.
We can not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details that have been supplied to us.
Wrong, missing or broken items
When you receive your order please check it in case of any issues. If you do have any problems then please email us straight away and we will work with you to resolve any issue. Please make sure you notify us within one week of dispatch, as we can not rectify after this.
Order not received
If you have not received your order then please email us. We need to wait 10 working days (from the dispatch date) before we can resend any orders, this is due to Royal Mails policies on their lost post.
Cancellations & Returns
You have the legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). You have seven days in which to do this. If you choose to return an item, you must email us and let us know (email@example.com). Again, you have seven in which to do this. Items must be unopened and in unused condition. You will be responsible for returning the item / items at your own expense. Please include your name and order number when returning items. We will process returns within 30 days and we reserve the right to take action and claim any charges needed if the items are not in the condition that they were when sent. Any refunds will be made at the purchased price.
